Muay Thai

Muay Thai is a combat sport of Thailand that uses stand-up striking along with various clinching techniques. Our trainers has competition experience and has been trained in Muay Thai for more than 15 years.


Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) is a full-contact combat sport that allows both striking and grappling, both standing and on the ground, using techniques from other combat sports and martial arts.


Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is a self-defense martial art and combat sport based on grappling, ground fighting and submission holds.

Body Building

Bodybuilding is the use of progressive resistance exercise to control and develop one's musculature. Our trainers have studied body buidling through various courses and are all certified to teach.
